Prior to the start of each session, payment is due. You may remit payment in the form of cash, credit card, or Zelle. Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping to ensure our financial transactions run smoothly.

To ensure optimal scheduling and service, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations. In the event of a missed or cancelled appointment with less than 12 hours notice, the client is responsible for half the session's fee, and no makeup session will be provided. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will incur the full session fee without the option for a makeup session. Your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy are greatly appreciated, allowing us to manage our schedule effectively and provide timely service to all our valued clients.
