Personal training sessions with me are tailored to each of my clients specific needs.  I motivate my clients to work hard and develop confidence, through exercise, diet, and positive thinking.  I create the proper plan for my clients by helping them set goals, providing feedback, and keeping them accountable so they stay on track.

All pricing below is based off 50 minute sessions
Recommendation for success: 2-3 sessions/week

$100 - 1session
$425 - 5 sessions
$800 -10 sessions

*Monthly subscriptions available upon request

$660/month - 2 sessions/week
$880/month - 3 sessions/week
